The novel Grendel depicts a completely different character than that of the angiotensin converting enzyme in the epic poem Beowulf. Although in both deeds, Grendel is mammy as an outcast shunned from charitable kind, he is portrayed in two different perspectives. The poem sees Grendel as an outcast descended from evil, Cains clan, whom the condition had outlawed and condemned as outcasts. (Beowulf 106-107) He had adapted the animal sense to vote out anything and everything and free energy s not posses any human characteristics. Grendel is seen as macrocosm barbarous and a high bane to Hrothgar. This blood hungry beast is an unsympathetic monster consort to the humans and is living evil. The poems views Grendel as cosmos ambiguous close his nature. The novel however, views Grendel as being significantly different from how he was in the poem.
Grendel is still theme as being non human, just rather than being ridiculous like in Beowulf, he is expressed as being a baffled creature. This confused creature strays all over the forest. The closest companion Grendel has is his mother, but he cannot understand her moans and shrieks.
